- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was so happy for my product to come in and then it said delay of shipping. I was perfectly fine because it said it was arriving by 8pm and then i check the postal services. The website says that they close at 5 30. so i call. I,m talking to the lady on- the phone she put me on hold 4 times then says that. It hasn't even arrived at the postal service which really ticks me off so I suggest something needs to change. I mean the last time i ordered from them they gave me the complete wrong package and then drove off so this postal service is not very reliableBy Jack Capilli, July 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't mind waiting on a package to be delivered but when my apartment building has a small fire and my mailbox is gone, do not leave stuff outside of my mailbox! There was no parcel delivered despite the fact that is said it was delivered at my mailbox! Do not be lazy and just drop it off. This is the second time a package has not been delivered and I'm getting ticked off real quick. The man who answered the phone was pleasant and I appreciate that. I did have a package delivered the day after the apartment fire and there was confidential mail from the NYS government on it. Obviously it wasn't in a mailbox because I don't have one.
